Jack McNeal, Finance and Accounting Search. Jack founded
Probus Executive Search in January of 1982 with the idea of
providing a higher level of service in a firm encompassing
both contingent and retained search focused on technology
companies. He has many years of combined accounting,
business management and executive search experience. After 3
years as an Army Officer, he spent 8 years as a Controller
and Chief Financial Officer of both an engineering company
and a geotechnical consulting firm. With more than 25 years
of search experience, Jack has worked with technology
companies ranging from venture capital backed start-ups to
multi-billion dollar international corporations. Since 1999,
Jack has served as a director and treasurer of WineInStyle
KK, a Tokyo based distributor of premium wines in Asia. He
has a BS degree from the University of Cincinnati.

Paulette Clements, Finance and Accounting Search. Paulette
has over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting and
executive search, all within Bay Area technology companies.
She started her career with General Electric and completed
the GE Financial Management Program, followed by 4 years in
diverse GE businesses such as GE Nuclear, Major Appliance
Business Group and the Calma Company. During her last 3
years in finance she was a Product Line Controller in high
technology manufacturing. She has a BA in Economics from the
University of California, Berkeley. Paulette joined Probus
in 1992 .

Jan Smyth, IT and Software Engineering Search. Jan has
over 25 years of experience in financial and business
systems analysis and executive search. As a founder of
Information Technology Partners (ITP) in 1993, she has
worked with a diverse group of client companies within the
software, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and
retail industries. For many years, Jan has partnered with
Probus on numerous technical searches for financial hiring
managers. She studied finance and accounting at San Jose
State. Jan joined Probus in 2005. |
